Great follow along workouts

I love this workout program!!! I was definitely skeptical at first but now I’m 5 weeks in and it’s been amazing since day one. I’m loosing weight and gaining muscle following this program just doing 20 minute workouts 4 days a week. Before I was going to the gym 4-5 days a week for 1-2 hours and wasn’t seeing results like this I would recommend this program to anyone who wants results but is ready to put in the work

Great programs that really keep you motivated and dedicated to doing the workouts. My problem before basement beast was that I never had time and constantly lost motivation to go to the gym for 60-90 minutes a day because it never seemed like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. With these programs they really cater to those with a busy schedule but still want to work out and focus on certain aspects of their body. I like how the programs generally go from 1-3 months so that a certain one does not get stale and you can mix things up going from program to program. The one part of the company/website I think could be improved is I wish there were more resources for education on how to craft a healthy diet and truly make lasting lifestyle changes in the kitchen. I've been with Basement Beast for about a year and a half now and while I am very stringent with watching what I eat I feel like there could be an entire section of the website dedicated to educational videos on how to make those lifestyle changes. A problem I feel like I run into is that there are times I am sacrificing going out to dinner with friends or spending a night on the town out of fear that those restaurant meals or drinks at a bar will kill my diet. I want to enjoy those aspects of life but feel I don't have a good enough perspective or education on how to make that balanced lifestyle achievable. Overall I am very happy with Basement Beast and recommend it for people looking for a guided program that keeps them motivated to workout.

I am 3 weeks into the 12 week program. I am starting to see results and feel a lot better. Fabian does a great job of motivating me to keep going. The have been great and I'm sticking with it. Hopefully, I see some major progress in the next 9 weeks. I definitely recommend the program.

Engaging, effective, and time efficient workouts. I'm half way through the 12 week transformation and I'm already seeing (and more importantly feeling) a difference.

After years of struggling with fitness, Basement Beasts made it fun while holding my accountable for my own results. You get out what you put in. Two years ago I didn't workout and I couldn't do a push-up, now I can do 25 in a row or the first two rounds on Chest Day without dropping to my knees. I look forward to working out 5 to 6 days a week with Fabian and my wife even joins me for the Shred programs. I cannot this program enough or thank you enough for the results I have seen and those that are still to come!
