De verdad muy agradecido por la atención prestada de verdad que muy agradecido y las disponibilidad de Rosa Almonte y Rosa Fernandez por estar siempre al pendiente para que mi empresa logrará obtener esta oportunidad mil gracias

Honestly I was some what skeptical about this company, but it came out a fare funding company, they all were very helpful, Benjamin Gil was my assessor and was kind and help me get the most possible funding despite my lack of credit. Its fast and reliable. I do recommend it

As an independent hairstylist based in West Palm Beach, Florida, finding the right funding to grow my brand hasn't been easy. Every other company turned me down, but this team looked at my actual business income and made it happen. I secured $4,000 in capital in less than a week with a surprisingly low interest rate. Even though they are based in NYC, the process was incredibly fast-the wire transfer hit my account the exact same day I signed the documents! The whole team is fantastic-thank you to Luis and Ramón!-but Marcus is the real MVP. He went completely above and beyond to ensure I had access to this capital. Plus, they are fully bilingual (English/Spanish), which made the whole experience even better. Thank you for believing in my business when others didn't. 5 stars all the way!

URGENT: Escalation of unresolved issue and unprofessional behavior by customer support Dear Rapido Team, I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing issue that your customer support team has failed to resolve. I am highly disappointed with the lack of assistance and the rude behavior I experienced during my recent interactions. I initially planned to post about this experience publicly on X (formerly Twitter). However, I wanted to give your management team a final opportunity to review the matter and fix it directly I have spoken to four different customer care executives regarding my problem: 1. Monica (extremely rude and unhelpful) 2. Talak (polite, but unfortunately unable to solve the problem) 3. Lakshmi (extremely rude and unhelpful) 4. Rajesh Kumar Mishra (extremely rude and unhelpful) 5.mr yadav (can't solve the problem) Except for Talak, the conduct of your agents was highly unprofessional. To help you investigate, I have attached the call recordings to this email. Please review how your team interacts with customers My problem remains completely unresolved. I request a senior manager to review my case and call me back immediately to settle this matter. Account Details: Registered Mobile Number: 9538411600 I expect a prompt callback and a resolution to my issue today. Yours sincerely, Greshan 9538411600
