This guy is a scammer and thief. After getting paid for a year subscription through a fraud Appmammoth website, never send a 🔗 for two weeks, and the plugin never work with integration and/ others after they were reported to PayPal. The pig faced owner is running sane scamming business with differentnames and notes from rankscore and Appmammoth chatbots out of a Tampa address, called and threatened, which got recorded. You can read their reviews as they will have give you stupid reasons not to refund your money. They also famously place fake rlmews about you in a tampa observer through their fake reporters. You should run away and never give your money to have m for Rankscore which don't work.

The platform did not work as promised. I have been emailing support numerous times to refund my $99 fee without any success. All I get is the runaround. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They must be desperate for money.

The advertisement mentioned helping with SEO tasks but I experienced many glitches with content clusters feature. Decided I could not trust it would when I needed it to. That’s usually a recipe for me not to use the software and regardless of lifetime access. I would spend $99 for something I am not using. I request a refund and have exchange 10 emails and no refund. I submitted a charge back with credit card company. Just waiting and realizing I wasted 2 weeks.

Always be dubious of a product which only has 1 and 5 star reviews, and this product is no different. I bought RankScore's "Lifetime" and "Lifetime Agency" licenses on 26 June 2026. Within two days I asked for a refund under their own advertised 30-day money-back guarantee - the tool doesn't write page content, it doesn't come close to replacing my other SEO tools, nor does it do what it claims to in the ads. What followed was six weeks of stalling: -They asked me to explain my reasons "in case it's a setup issue" before they'd even discuss a refund. When I pushed back and mentioned a chargeback, they approved the refund on 1 July — and then just... didn't pay it. -Two follow-up emails over the next three weeks got no response at all. -I opened a formal dispute with my bank on 20 July. Only after that did anyone reply. -Four weeks after "approving" my refund, someone claiming to be their VP of Customer Success resurfaced, not to pay it, but to ask if I'd try the product again, offering a free magazine feature and hyping an upcoming update, before she'd "finalise" a refund that had already been approved a month earlier. When I said I now believed this was a deliberate stall tactic, they replied insisting they're "not a scam", and still no refund. I sent three more follow-ups over the next week, all met with absolute silence! -Their next and only reply was a marketing email plugging a new feature. Still not a word about the refund. My financial institution has finally credited the money back through a forced chargeback. RankScore itself never paid the refund it approved on 1 July. As far as I can tell, the only reason I have my money back at all is that my bank did what RankScore wouldn't. If you're reading the reviews before buying: Don't Buy! If you're reading this review after buying: request a refund the moment something feels off, keep every email, and be ready to go straight to your bank. Don't expect RankScore's "customer success" team to actually process what they approve.

Tried software within 30 day period. Decieded it wasn't for me so I requested a refund. 120 days later, still been giving the run around. "Refund is being processed"," the person who handles refunds is out of the office for the week" and the list goes on. Bottom line, they don't honor their "30 day no questions asked" refund policy. I had to reach out my credit card company for a charge back. Once again. They are not in the buisness of issueing refunds.

This is absolute garbage. I paid $99.00 on July 16, 2026. The marketing was misleading and I immediately requested a refund. It is now August 3, 2026, and the customer service has been the WORST I have ever encountered on any platform online. Buyer beware.

I canceled the same day because the service wasn’t what I was looking for. Since then, I haven’t received my refund, communication has been terrible, and every time I ask for an update, someone points the finger at someone else instead of taking responsibility. The whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. A simple refund and honest communication shouldn’t be this difficult. Extremely disappointed.

So; just saw an advert on facebook for RankScore with a couple of dubious glowing comments (side note: the tool actually looks ok for $99 but it’s always good to do due diligence regardless). Someone else has already posted a question asking one of the people to share their website URL as he couldn’t find the company. No reply. The profile only has 2 initial posts and was new. I decided to try; same. No sign of this company…. Which is odd given they’re raving about an SEO tool which should make the dead easy to find when searching by their COMPANY NAME! So I popped the persons image in Gemini and it confirmed the image was AI generated. Shared the feedback as a polite comment on the advert and was blocked almost instantly. Shame as I was actually tempted to give it a try for $99, but an instant block for raising a genuine concern is a major red flag to their legitimacy. Avoid.
