I have an airport shuttle and black car service in Charlotte, North Carolina. I come from IT background and built my first website that was streamlined and simple. It served its purpose but now I’m looking for something better. AlphaCarServices.com

The free account is not free
The free account is not free. I really want to add screenshots but can't find a way to do so. The website says there is a free account. I went in to sign up for it. During the signup process it says that my site is too big. Nothing on site size was mentioned. Just what was offered under the free account. I tried to exit the wizard, it takes you out of the system. Fine, went back into the page, it makes you complete to get out of the wizard. Tried to use the chat support, but it won't let me do that without giving them my phone number and agreeing to texts. So I can't even get in touch with them to take my info out of the site. It was pushing free trials instead of the original free account that was promised. Now I have to go jump through hoops to figure out if I can get my data out of their site or if I just have to block their emails.
REPLY: When you cannot get to a free account without going through a TRIAL that is not free, my friend. There was no cancel button present in Chrome on the Mac. Also, I noticed that some of your reviews are from people that work there according to chat GPT.
If the only way to get help is to give you my phone number, that's not help. I couldn't get your system to quit emailing me after hitting unsubscribe, why on earth would I give you my phone number?
Your system is obviously new. And it's a great idea, but I'm NOT going to get on the phone with me so I can QA your system for you. Best of luck.

We appreciate the feedback, but several things in this review need correcting, and then we'll make you an offer that should resolve the rest of it.
**The Free plan is free.** $0 for sites up to 50 pages, and it includes everything our paid plans include, fixes and all. That 50-page threshold is published on our pricing page, in our documentation, and in our help center. It isn't buried and it isn't new.
Here's how the line works, since that's what you hit. At 51 pages an account moves up to the next tier, because the work scales with the size of the site. That applies at every tier, it's stated the same way throughout, and you can cancel or call us to opt out at any point. Your site is larger than 50 pages, so setup told you a paid tier was required. That's the plan boundary being enforced, not a bait and switch.
**On the wizard:** there is a cancel button, and clicking it returns you directly to the website. Nothing forces the flow to completion and nothing holds an account open.
**On the chat requiring a phone number:** our live chat is delivered over SMS through our messaging provider, and any business sending automated text messages is required to capture a documented opt-in from the recipient before the first message goes out. That's a TCPA requirement, enforced on top of it by the mobile carriers through their A2P registration rules. It isn't a preference on our end and we can't waive it. If you'd rather not opt in, email and phone require nothing: [email protected] or (800) 395-9488.
**On our emails:** every email we send carries an unsubscribe link at both the top and the bottom. One click removes you permanently. There's no need to block anything. Our phone number and email address also appear in the header, the footer, and the contact section of every page on the site, so reaching our support team has never depended on the chat widget.
**On your data, we can be specific.** Rank Authority operates a complete system of record. Every interaction with the platform is captured as a timestamped event and written to an audit log tied to the account it originated from. That includes the email address entered at signup, the verification event and whether it completed, every page and screen requested inside the application, every form submission, every plan selection and change, every support contact, and every transaction, recorded line by line rather than summarized. Nothing is reconstructed after the fact. The log either contains an event or it doesn't, and it can be produced on request.
So here is the offer, and it's a simple one. Send us the exact email address you used at signup. We will pull the complete record attached to it, tell you in writing exactly what exists, and delete all of it from our systems. If verification was never completed, no account was created and there is nothing stored to delete, and we'll confirm that in writing as well. Either way you get a definitive answer rather than guesswork.
