Good experience
Good experience, stable servers, the staff took a while to respond but eventually resolved my issues, only problem im having is the high price of 15€ for setting up permissions not being worth it since I have a small server so it would be that hard , I'm going to hold off on buying that service for now

Great Customer Service
I’ve only used this service for about 3 days now. The customer service is great, and each time I opened a ticket or had questions, I got very good helpful responses very quickly. The only thing I would add, would be tutorials on how to use different plugins, but it has been great

Plugins
A decent amount of plugins, but not many that I'm actually looking for.
Response from RAMShardFeb 5, 2019
Hi Nik, Thanks for the feedback, however, we don't control the plugin lists. That is decided by the plugin developers. It's also possible to use any plugins you find online by uploading them to the plugins folder on the server. If you have any other questions or feedback, we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected]

An Excellent Service
From my question for about what server package to get for my family's minecraft server (was advised to start with the cheapest and upgrade later if needed). the service has been flawless. Setup was quick and easy, even with my complete lack of experience of minecraft. I especially like how easy and intuitive it is to set the account so only authorised accounts can connect. Haven't had any downtime or lagspikes in the 3 days since setting up and will happily recommend to others.
