Overall, the services offered by Ramshard very rarely run into issues, and when I do have an issue, it's always less time than it would take to make a cup of tea to get resolved, no matter the complexity of the issue. Needless to say, when it comes to minecraft servers, I don't even look for other hosts any more; I simply order a new plan from ramshard, cos I've yet to have a bad experience with their hosting :D

I'm so glad I refunded my other host to migrate over to ramshard. The server ping is top-notch, everything runs flawlessly out of the box, and the support is incredible. Kevin and Erik have been absolutely amazing to work with, and they respond very quickly. I'm extremely pleased with the level of service and have purchased 4 additional servers with ramshard to host on. Highly recommend ramshard - if you ever have Kevin or Erik for support, you know you're in good hands!
