I am a fairly new developer, and I was attempting to install a plugin that I had uploaded. Right form the get-go, a gentleman named Kevin, was able to assess the situation and fix the problem. It seemed as though there was an extra space that caused the plugin to not load properly. Thanks to him I was able to get the server back up, and everyone immediately came online and were thankful I didn't have to keep stopping and starting the server. Thank you Kevin! ~Dante

Kevin was brilliant. Responded within seconds and helped me sort out my problem. Kids happy that their Minecraft server is back up and running. It's helped them immensely during the lockdown so thank you.

They helped me really good and they worked through my problems with my plugins

very good host and cheap and if you have problems with the server they are always there for you and try to fix it right away

I came across this site by chance and told my friend about it, funny enough we both ended up getting a server with this company. When we realised we had both bought one I said I would refund mine and we would use hers. Like anything I was ready for a fight to get my money back, but yet I sent one email to customer service asking for a refund and the next email I revived from ‘Erik’ was a refund invoice. Safe to say not only are the prices some of the best I have seen but the customer service is amazing too. Would defiantly recommend them highly for anyone looking for a good Minecraft server or any server for that matter. - Ross

Quick and concise , was able to speak with them and discuss planning ideas for network designs before money was just thrown around. They do the best they can and honestly want to best outcome.

The pricing is very cheap, and the servers are high quality, and very reliable. The customer service is the best i have ever seen. Big Thanks!

These guys are always on the ball with their live service. I've only been with them for a month, but it's been very reliable and affordable.
