My 12 yr old son recently purchased a server on the Ramshard site and canceled it within 24 hours. He did not know that you had to request a refund separate from the cancellation. We were 3 hours over the 24 hour period and the company refused to make an exception. It isn't about the money as it was only $20 it is the principal and the ridiculous policy that I am very unhappy about. Just be aware. Update, thanks for taking the time to respond and again reinforcing my belief that you lack good customer service. Having worked in customer service for many years, each customer deserves to be handled based on the situation. Policies are in place as a guideline but exceptions can and should be made when warranted. We cancelled the service and requested a refund all within. 27 hours of purchase, a purchase that was never even used. Thanks again for justifying my choice to never use your website and to warn others of your poor service. Update: I appreciate your taking the time to review my situation as an individual customer and not a policy. Thank you for the refund.

After reviewing your account, it appears the issue is that you are running 1.18.1 on 1 GB of RAM. 1.18.x requires at least 3-4 GB of RAM to run properly. We'd recommend upgrading your plan. Additionally, you can try switching to Paper instead of Spigot as it is more optimized and will use less RAM than Spigot does.
