The live chat is very reliable they can help you with any problem, for example, I had to download my world to add packs, and they helped me since I don't have a pc. They are just the best service I have ever had definitely try them out. I was new to servers and I don't even know how to do certain things and I asked them and they told me in less than 5 minutes. They typically answer in less than an hour but it is worth it.

Very good customer support
Although I have used computers since the 1980's, when it comes to new packages it can be hard work getting to grips with them, as you get older. Kevin has been very supportive and helpful guiding me at times on setting up my MC server. Especially with some bits I seem not to grasp instantly.

엄청 좋네요! 관리자분들도 좋아요 단점은 포트가... 나중에 포트도 돈 으로 사면 좋겠어요 25565 It's really nice! Administrators are also good. The downside is that the port is... I'd like to buy the port with money later. 25565
