Great Product I actually forgot that I pre-ordered. I kept getting ads in different feeds, which kind of constantly made me want to order again. Thankfully I got that email that my order was ready to ship :)

Had the crossbody bag only 2 days and one of the tabs already frayed and came off. Love the bag but bad construction. UPDATE! Raven replied and sent me a replacement in just a couple days! Have had the new bag a couple of weeks and everything is still intact! Love the bag and Love the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered over a month ago. On 09/24/2024. Everywhere says the order has been full filled. But when you click on track shipping it says a label was created but USPS has yet to receive it. I really don't consider this "fast shipping" I tried reaching out. Through chat all it keeps saying is order was full filled. :(

I ordered 5 bags including a preorder. I was never informed that they would all be shipped together meaning I had to wait 6 weeks to get them all. Two were for birthdays that came and went which was disappointing. They finally arrived today, and all have issues from zippers to frays to just poor quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone. So very disappointed considering the price of them.
