Shipped me the wrong size. It's to much of a hassle to return the one they sent. I ordered the medium that is supposed to fix the Kindle Paperwhite, and I received a small bag.

Still haven’t received my order

I love my bag and I love how quick it arrived but my only issue is the size. I wish the measurements were included in the description I honestly thought it was going to be big enough for my kindle but it’s not. But other than that loving it.

The bag is smaller than advertised and attaching it to a tumbler just makes it fall over

The color was not what I expected. My inquiry about exchanging colors were responded poorly and not in a timely manner.

The entire order was wrong. I ordered a very specific pattern and they sent a blank black back. It is one day before mother's Day and two days before my wife's birthday. I'm in trouble. Update 5/27: It took 3 phone calls and 5 emails to get a response. The product arrived today 16 days late. It's correct now... But holy cow. To be fair, I should mention that they let me keep the incorrect bag as a way of apologizing. I just wanted what I paid for when it was promised.

The bag was billed as a Kindle carrier but my Kindle Oasis doesn't fit, cannot zip it closed

I bought my bag back in December 2024. I was really excited and couldn’t wait to get it. I really like the concept and design but I haven’t used it after a few times of wearing it. There’s definitely room for improvement. It’s just way too small to fit what is needed. I bought a small planner to fit and it fits to size but with not much extra room for comfort. It needs to be a bit wider in dimension. The organization pockets are way too tight to comfortably slide your phone in and out when fully packed inside, especially if you have a pop socket or magnetic wallet. The Tumbler add on feature was the real reason why I got the bag. With a little more room and I think it would be perfect. The only reason for 2 stars is bc I know I won’t be using it as much or at all if that anymore.
