Super fast communication and the product itself is amazing!!!

I bought 2 bags for my wife and she absolutely loves them. There is a lot of thought going into these.

Very fast and helpful

I love my bag. I use it for my medical needs. The cup strap is amazing 😍

My friends and I really enjoyed what we got!

I preordered this product so I could get it by the end of October, but did not receive it until three weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. I had to contact customer service 3 times because I had not received it. I was told they would look into it and never heard back until I contacted them again. They finally sent me a new bag, which also came a few days later than it had said it would arrive. When I finally received the bag, the credit card slots aren’t even big enough to hold credit cards and are therefore useless.

The bag I ordered was exactly like expected. It was compact but full of organization and space. I absolutely love it!

I ordered the Acotar bag awhile ago & I just purchased 2 more regular black ones as xmas gifts!! These bags are well made, comfortable & I love the option to put my Stanley in it! Makes carrying way easier when you need both your hands!! The inside card holder works amazing & there's way more space than it looks like there would be!! Great lil bag!!
