Hailey, my development director, did a great job walking me through the whole process. If she did not have an answer to a question I asked (there were very few), she quickly found one for me.

Kyle was always professional and showed patience with us given this was our first experience with the franchise process. Because of our inexperience with buying a franchise, we always felt unorganized but he always seems to keep up together.

Working with the Raintree team is always a pleasure, but if you are lucky enough to work with Kyle Christie, you will not be disappointed! Kyle has a great personal approach to franchising, which can be felt on your first call together. He genuinely cares about his franchisee candidates and will take you through each step of their process with your best interest in mind. I work as a consultant and had the joy of working on a deal together recently. Kyle was communicative, timely, on the ball and passionate about his brand- Dog Training Elite. Working with Kyle was enjoyable, professional yet friendly and efficient! I look forward to changing more lives with the world of franchising, and Kyle's top notch guidance!

It was a pleasure working with Rob and his assistance was so valuable. He had great awareness and genuine concern for people. His communication skills helped a lot to convey and important information to me. I appreciated him making himself available all the time.

What can I say about Mrs. Kera Vo? She is an amazing, professional person! When I met Kera I was nervous and unsure, but she made my decision of buying into a franchise a very pleasant and painless experience! Mrs. Kera is very patient, passionate, professional, and honest! She made sure that every decision I made was a decision to help me succeed! Thank you so much, Kera!

As a franchise consultant, I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian at Raintree. Brian was instrumental in helping my client understand the business model and opportunity with one of Raintree's brands. Brian did a great job of communicating with my client and me throughout the evaluation and discovery process. He made my client feel comfortable and was always very accommodating to his changing schedule. I very much look forward to having the opportunity to work with Brian again soon.

Hailey was wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and was always responsive. She made my experience very smooth. Thank you for everything.

Kyle Christie is the penultimate professional when it comes to franchise business aquisition. We recently purchased 3 franchise territories in Florida with Dog Training Elite, and Kyle was super responsive and thorough throughout the process. He was very patient with our many questions and needs, and really helped us understand the many aspects of this business discovery process - right through to the final purchase. We always felt he was acting with our best interests in mind. We highly recommend Kyle and his team 10/10!!
