Brian was our first contact once we were looking into our Franchise opportunity. He did a fantastic job explaining and breaking down what running this company would be like as well as the steps to move forward with the process. He was there every step of the way and any questions or concerns my wife or I had he responded almost immediately. If it was a question that someone else would be involved in answering he would have an email out to them with us copied on it minutes after handing up with him. He helped the entire process and helped keep us on track with each step. We couldn't be more appreciative and thankful for all of his help through the process. Now I'm in training and we're looking forward to our new business venture that we will be launching in June! Thanks again Brian for all your help!

After we got connected, he was very methodical in getting me the information I needed, especially when I realized that I wanted to get aggressive and fast track the process. He got me what I needed when I needed it and never hesitated.
