Harvesting rain is a practice that has been around for centuries. Curtis helped me work through some technical difficulties with our rainwater catchment system to identify a problem and assess a resolution. In a world of dwindling customer service, I could not have been more pleased with the time he dedicated to helping us resolve the issue. He knew the parts and pieces inside and out (literally) and was obviously experienced at working with them. Our building is back up and running without municipal water and Curtis was a huge part of that. Thanks!

Ozone generator works great
Ozone generator works great. The tubing that is included with the unit is a little short. 10' longer would be nice.
