It was easy to install and easy to setup. Had it done in a half hour after reading the instructions. Had been having to walk out and manually check a tank several times a day - this is just what I needed.

Rain Harvest is a serious company, with certain regulations to protect the buyer in case the carriers abuse the items delivered. If damaged, after inspection, the customer is not supposed to sign the delivery papers. I purchased a 137 gallon rain barrel, actually it looks like rectangular tank, which is perfect for me since that is what I was after: a tank to store water for the dry winter season in Florida. Recommended.
