All good! :) Doing the job! Easy install!

Wonderful experience. My Sterilight bulb and Quartz sleeve broke in transit. When I opened the package and discovered the damage, I took pictures and e-mailed the company. Dan Peters was awesome - he responded promptly and told me he was shipping a replacement set and thanked me for the pictures to help them file a claim with the carrier. He followed up with me and let me know when my replacement was shipped and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use RainHarvest Systems again next year when it is time to replace the bulb and sleeve. Thanks to Dan and the company for great customer service and support!

Amazing customer service and lightning fast shipping - will definitely be working with y'all again.

I am very happy to have nice fresh clean drinking water. Love my Berkey. I use the water for drinking, food, drinks and for my pets. Product is well made, but it is so sealed between the two canisters that the water does not flow well. My daughter said that with hers she uses a zip tie in-between the two canisters. I put one in mine, and now, it flows out great. Sad that you have to use a zip tie after spending over 300.00 dollars, but it works and the taste of the water makes it worth buying!

Great technical support and service. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

The sales representatives and technical customer service at RainHarvest is outstanding. They are honest and sincere. I recommend this company.

The Leaf Eater Advanced that I ordered did not have the downspout that I thought it was going to have. I thought it was universal and would fit both round and rectangular downspouts. When I called a replacement adapter Curtis got one in the mail that same day. He was very helpful, thank you Curtis.

Excellent product and easy coordination
