When I went into their Ronkonkoma…
When I went into their Ronkonkoma office, the accountant was screaming at all of the employees, she was very unprofessional. Then I had to wait weeks to get an update on when they would start fixing my house because the owner "George', was MIA and they didn't know where he was or what happened. They later told me that he had a cocaine addiction and was locked up in his house because the authorities were called on him. Not only that, but I had to pay for the storage container company, because Rainbow left it at my house for months. Terrible company, I would not recommend.

We’re disappointed to hear about your experience with the Ronkonkoma location. Inviting a restoration company into your home requires trust and that trust extends beyond the work itself to how customers are treated, how projects are managed, and how concerns are addressed. The communication difficulties, project delays, and storage concerns you’ve described are troubling and deserve appropriate attention. At Rainbow Restoration, professionalism, integrity, and accountability are fundamental to the standards we expect across our network. We appreciate you bringing these concerns forward and recognize the importance of addressing them responsibly. — Rainbow Restoration Home Office
