As a client with RAIN for almost 1,5…
As a client with RAIN for almost 1,5 years I have recently experienced a sharp rise for the time it takes for funds to reach the account. This makes it difficult to work with Rain to purchase crypto.
I am presently experiencing 7 working days transfer time and counting.. My bank has provided me with Swift showing that my funds reached the Rain Bank account the 28th of February but the funds have not yet reached my trading account.
Customer support are escalating the issue and apologising, but that doesn't change the fact that I have lost a huge trading opportunity.
Very sad to experience a company starting to move in the wrong direction for reasons I can only guess the reason for.
Luckily other exchanges appear at this time of huge interest for Crypto investments, off cause demanding time consuming due diligence.

Very poor and and professional crypto…
Very poor and and professional crypto exchange, high trading margin and fees. Withdrawals take forever and no proper reply from support team. I won’t recommend anyone to use it. Couple of instances when coins were up and wanted to trade. Exchange was down.

Their customer service is absolutely substandard and useless
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. By the way, they do not have a phone number, so you can never call them! Just emails.
Also, they do take a hefty fee, 1.5-4% of whatever you are depositing/buying. You would expect superior and tailored customer service, but you would be utterly disappointed.
To top it all up, I wired over 30,000$ since 6 days, and it still has not deposited on my wallet on their app (it should take 1-4 days according to their deposit policies). I sent their customer service multiple emails and none have been replied to. I lost some real good money as cryptocurrencies skyrocketed during this period. Imagine my frustration and pain only waiting for their sub-standard, useless customer service to do what they are supposed to do!
Now I wish I used some of the more renowned crypto exchange apps ...
Do not fall for the same trap as me.
To finish off the cake with some good icing, I found a deposit request on 15th of Feb on my account of about 2.5k $ that I never made! I sent an email to their customer service inquiring if this is some kind of hack or glitch, and I presume the reader should know by now how that went ... I am clueless, pained, ignored, and very, very disappointed.
Given all the above facts, I increasingly worry that this might some kind of scam, and I might not see my already invested money on their app ...

It seems mostly people have bad experience with rain.
Recently i made my account on rain and was planning to move my good amount of btc on rain and invest more but unfirtunately i found mostly people have very bad experience with rain. seems they are not serrious in their work/bussiness which stops me to rethink and search another platforms.

Deposit Delays
I made a deposit in 9/2/2021 which is 8 days back through FAWRI and it is not credited in my account yet, I am contacting them daily via email but they keep asking for the transaction reference which I provide it to them every time they ask but still nothing credited.
I think you have to be more professional in this cases.

More than two weeks withdrawal
It has been more than two weeks since my withdrawal was issued and emailed to me.
They have requested my statement showing that the amount did not arrive, which I did.
They would not send a wire receipt.
I am complaining to the Bahrain central bank.

6 days still no transfer and no replies to emails - Complained to BCB

Now 3/3/2021 withdraw date was 21 January.. Still did not receive funds!
