Support team answers very fast and is professional. I messed up during the sign up process and the team was very kind in rectifying and helping me with the entire process. Highly recommend this platform.

So far, so good. Customer service is prompt and very helpful. Platform is smooth and easy to use and it was the smoothest verification process I’ve experienced. I haven’t tried to withdraw money yet, but hoping that will be smooth too. Well done Rain. Please don’t change.

Definitely the best exchange rates I've managed to get when you calculate the full transfer from BHD to BTC and vice versa compared to any of their competitors.

Incredibly amazing customer support been using rain.bh since march! I would never change, greatest fees. Fastest transactions, 100% secuirty, 110% customer support, i would like to say Thank you to Malak for helping me resolve my issue despite it being a difficult situation, just says enough about rain.bh, also thank you to abdullah. Dont look at The other reviews of rain.bh and think they lost money, they made me withdraw my money then they told me i had to update docuements so dont listen to these people, if you have valid documents and want to make money trading crpyto or save or invest your money, rain bh is your place. Thank you again so grateful!

My only reliable place available to buy using my bank with decent fees Website needs to have more features like charts and also all orders are instant buys but doesn't have limit orders option

Actually the best in the middle east, extremely good fees, however support should improve a bit. but they are fast they get the job done better than any other cryptocurrency website i've used in the past, you get your money within almost 24 hours sometimes. i was a bit hesitant at the beginning because of the other reviews on trust pilot, but it seems to be not the case at all, really recommend if you value your money and your time, been using them for more than 2 months, 0 issues so far, thank you rain.bh.
