I'm worried that the Department of Justice (DOJ)'s charges on Bitmex in the USA could have ripple effects to the operations of Rain. The charges towards Bitmex is with regards to “operating an unregistered trading platform and violating multiple CFTC regulations, including failing to implement required anti-money laundering [AML] procedures.” The thing is, Rain closed a funding round with Bitmex Ventures, the venture arm of Bitmex, so there is a direct and official relationship there. I'm quite familiar with how crypto exchanges work since I do quite a bit of reading, and usually exchanges will tap on the liquidity of larger exchanges to facilitate greater liquidity for heir users. Considering that Rain has a direct relationship with Bitmex, I'm afraid that the liquidity on Rain is somewhat dependent on Bitmex. And if Bitmex goes under (due to the US govt charges), there might be an effect to user deposits of Rain (worst case, bank run or loss of deposits). The charges by the US govt are extremely serious and there could be serious implications to the future of Bitmex, and any other entities that has direct relations with it, including Rain. You guys are one of the most prominent exchange in the this region and it would be a shame if the ripple effects would ultimately be borne by users. Because of this, I've withdrawn all my coins from Rain exchange.

Customer Support is not technical , Nor they know how to resolve issue , I lost my Password when i tried to recover it , they asked 2nd factor authentication , but due to msgs not received in UAE. we cannot proceed further . When asked there live support they said configure google authentication by going into settings while i was stuck in login page how can i proceed to settings . This simple task cannot be resolved by them i dont know how they can handle big problems.
