Biggest crap ever. We have been customers for about 6 months. In the beginning there were always a few small problems for a month it is almost unusable. Every evening the deployments sometimes last an hour we only have problems!

2nd major downtime in 2 months. Can't keep using this service.

They keep declining my cards :( I've tried my credit card, debit card, prepaid card...all declined. Can yall just accept PayPal or Wise cards please I'm going crazy

Pro tip: if you file a DMCA complaint against a website hosted here, they will ban it and they won't share the complaint with them. So you can just do that and nobody will do nothing. That's what happened to me. I got banned due to DMCA, but no information is shared. You'll lose your database and backups. They won't say what the complaint was about, who filed it, anything.

Very bad customer support I opened ticket 1 week ago and they haven't even responded to it yet, even though its their technical issue. very unreliable and not trustworthy

Poor customer support. I’ve been experiencing a clear technical issue on Railway. I provided detailed, step-by-step explanations and timings, but the support team repeatedly failed to understand the problem or provide any meaningful assistance. This lack of technical comprehension and problem-solving makes the service unreliable for serious projects.

Subscribed to their hobby plan but it is still not updating the plan from free to hobby Receipt number: 2910-4786

not possible to add a VAT or tax ID during the signup. The support is unexistent.
