I regret telling my friends about this service, used to think it was really helpful. But after their outage, never received any recovery info, some stuff is still hanging, made a support "thread", bc you're not allowed to the email, and thats not even visible anymore. Now I made another one, like this kind of a joke for an infrastructure company. People in this space need transparency, no idea even what happened or what I should be doing. It's clear though they really could not careless about their users unfortunately. --- Updating this to 1 star, there is no way to even email them; their little ai bot marked my question as public and assigned a $20 bounty? Went from the worst to railway i guess

18 hour outage currently, still no fix, they say it's fixed but Twitter users say different. The 19th May outage still ongoing. Cant be trusted for production deployments.

This is one of the irregular, unpredictable hosting platform I have seen. Even though Render, Fly.io or any other self hosting platforms are little complex and expensive to deploy and manage, but they are much more reliable platforms than Railway. I've been using Railway for last few months and every week I have encountered something or other issues with my deployments. I don't know how they received so much funding when they can't even focus on making their platform reliable. I would never recommend Railway to any of my Network.

Quite horrible. They do not provide support for any setup. A lot of bugs, and super complex. Do not use them

Not a straightforward company Firstly they mention their hobby service is for $5 And as their service is complex you have to use help or online agent which Later you will discover that is a $20 service. When you issue refund they will simply return email read our refund policy. Actually recommend any other service provider than this poor company.

Their servers crashes minimum a few times a month. So if you want an unreliable server, choose railway!

Support is extremely slow. You may have to wait around two days for a response, even while your system is on the verge of breaking down.

So done with this nonsense! We currently have 35 services taken "offline" and no way to activate them or to even look at deployments! The only thing that is shown is "Deploys have been paused temporarily". How on earth is this service charging when its down so often?? And what's even worse: There is no way to contact their support without paying extra!
