We've been scaling with Railway. It took a bit of getting used to, but now that I know my way around, I really like the platform. We have multiple environments, databases, servers, etc. I'm happy with the performance; we've been on Railway for about 3 years now, and the pricing and ease of use are solid. Props to their UI team, it looks beautiful.

Railway makes it super easy to get started hosting websites. They also have really helpful docs and resources, including their forum to help you when you face issues. They also handle CD from git and other configs that help you scale easily without writing any code.
