Great all-around service!
Efficient order system. Order was shipped same day and received a couple of days later. Excellent service! Good product offerings, too. Check them out!

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted RaggedMountain about the availability of a type and size of mitten that no longer appeared on their online website. Customer support checked their warehouse and there were still two mittens available in their in-store stock that matched my request. In the back and forth communication with Customer service regarding this they were always helpful and respectful. Thank you for your great support!

Hi Jeff - thank you for the kind words. It was a pleasure to help you, I'm glad we had them in stock. As you know, we're working hard to revamp and update our website, and it's quite a bit of work (as of today, we may have 7% of our total items on our website). But either way, we're thrilled when anyone asks for a specific products of ours - there's no better compliment! :-) We're happy to have the opportunity to help any time we can, and we appreciate your support and business!!!

Sun hoodies
Excellent experience, purchased two UFF 50 Sun hoodies for traveling in warmer climates. Arrived quickly, shipping was reasonable, Sun hoodies fit perfectly. I am looking forward to purchasing more items in the future.

Great customer service! Great product!
My order got mixed up--sent the wrong bag in the right color--and the Ragged Mountain folks swapped it out lickety split! Both bags were very well-made, and I'm so pleased to be able to support a small business!

HI Leslie - thank you very much for your kind words. We're proud to be a small mountain-town business (and plan to stay that way!), and we appreciate your patience when/if mistakes happen. We're not perfect, but we'll certainly make everything right whenever we can. Thank you for your trust in us and our products, and of course for supporting us!!

Perfect for my Need
You had exactly what I invisioned for a light fleece under a down jacket. Turned out to be great on it's own in above freezing weather as well. Slant zippered upper pocket accessable even with the seat belt on. Olive color far better than expected.

Bradley, we're glad we had what you were looking for, and we're glad the item worked out. We love the design and fit of our products - they work as well outdoors during a major hike or trek as they do on a drive to the grocery store, or even just trekking to your mailbox. Thank you for your trust and support!
