Stayed at Heathrow. Accidently left watch in the room. Told them within 30 minutes of leaving but told to send email as they wouldn't deal with it over the phone. So sent email and received reply next day to say my enquiry had been sent to housekeeping. Then received a voicemail and told to collect. On return called to collect but after 2 hours wait told couldn't find it. Operations Manager Chris Spencer was dismissive and really not bothered. Told to write email. 2 emails later still no reply. So who stole the watch??? Restaurant closed so bar food only open. Food overpriced, slow service, small portions and not hot on delivery. Hugely disappointing Service from reception cold and unwelcoming. Queue unbelievably long and slow. Basically the worse service possible ever experienced anywhere we've travelled in the world. Really the worst! Didn't think Faulty Towers could be reinvented!
Radisson have been removed from our company approved places to stay. NEVER stay here again!

Awfully
Planned to stay at this hotel in Vienna for the weekend. Since the plane was delayed, I arrived only at midnight, I was very tired from the road.
Already at the reception I found out that it turns out that you can only pay with a card. I only had cash with me. The girls refused to let me in. As a result, I had to look for another hotel at night....
I received many letters before the trip with different offers from the hotel, but nowhere was it indicated that payment was only by card.

No heating and delayed meal
Stayed at Radisson red at Heathrow UK for an evening. Long queues at check in followed by an unacceptable hours wait in between ordering a meal and it eventually coming. Poor value for money as essentially microwave type meal. Our room was freezing cold but nobody answered the phone when we rang reception several times to complain. When we mentioned poor service at check out we were told they were short of staff and advised to email our concerns. They replied by offering a complimentary breakfast which wasn’t appropriate as leaving early for airport. Refused any form of refund but eventually agreed not to charge for the evening meal. Overall a very poor experience and they could not care less when you have cause to complain.

No heat in winter and 0 accountability or solutions
At Heathrow, London: I had the exact same experience as another person who left a review on Booking.com not long ago and this morning the guest next to me at reception also reported broken heating, so I guess they aren’t fixing the problems with heating and knowingly still allowing guests to check in to rooms with smashed in, non functioning thermostats and broken hotel phones. Not only was there no heating: the AC was on full blast and couldn’t be turned off due to the broken thermostat screen so it was absolutely freezing. They were not able to offer another room because they were “fully booked”. I’d expect this from a 2 star hotel, perhaps but when you fork out the money to stay at this hotel for £200 a night, it’s ridiculous to not have solutions or accountability. We weren’t offered any compensation and had to ask several times - they said they could offer us a buffet token, which would cost them nothing as the food already is there.
Mistakes happen but as several people have had the same experience and reported it to the hotel, I am more inclined to believe that they are still offering unacceptable rooms with broken amenities without fixing the problem, hoping that guests will just put up with it, which I find really unethical. The reception staff admitted they’ve been having problems with heat in multiple rooms but instead of fixing it, they keep offering the rooms. The receptionist said the problem was “out of my hands”. We spent hours, jet lagged, communicating with staff and being told to wait for a knock or call past midnight and the call never came. In the end nothing could be sorted until the morning so we stayed up for nothing and weren’t even alerted. Disgraceful. Buyers, please please don’t waste your money here. More expensive and supposedly reputable does not equal more reliable and you’d be better off going to a hotel that cares about their customers and where you aren’t just a cash machine. This was a painful experience and for the price the hotel soaks guests for, the least they could do was not let them freeze during winter and keep them up past midnight waiting for a solution and then say oops we can’t fix it. Oh well. Hotel should be reported for how many people have had the same problems and having the hotel not bother to fix it, knowingly letting their guests suffer.

Poorly managed hotel
I booked hotel with parking at Heathrow. Location was ideal and onsite parking a must for me.
The first room we checked into was smelling of tobacco and the A/C wasn’t working. After some discussion with the receptionist, the room was changed. I didn’t have time to check everything until 6 am when we couldn’t use the shower because all the three dispensers were broken. The stupid thing was that the broken nozzles were left on top of the dispensers meaning that they had no procedure to fix them. Just wait for a guest to kick a fuss!
We didn’t have time to report or fight!

Horrible experience at Radisson Hotel &…
Horrible experience at Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Ullensaker, Norway.
Was minding my own business in the far, quiet corner of the lobby. Was here on business trip. Watching a football game on my phone and having a beer.
An arrogant, know-it-all busboy approaches me at around 21:15 on this day August 16th, telling me I can not use the table lamp to lean my phone up against and proceeds to remove it while my phone is still there - this despite my objection to his actions. He proceeded to explain to me in a very, very unprofessional and demeaning manner that he had to collect all the lamps and I had to find something else to lean my phone on. I had to understand that the lamp was there for decoration and not for me lean my phone on - I was spoken to like a toddler in kindergarten.
I complained to him about his attitude and timing and asked him to inform his name because I wanted to complain. I would not even mind finding something else to lean my phone on, but his approach was completely ridiculous. I told him that his behavior was some of the stupidest s*** I had ever experienced in my 20 years of travelling this world, visiting 100’s of hotels.
He refused to inform his name and then disappeared.
Guy was about 25 years old, Indian or Arabic in appearance, short dark hair and stubbles and wearing a black uniform.
Hope someone professional in Radisson takes action against such confrontational and unprofessional behavior. Sad to see Radisson not holding their employees to higher standards.
I for one will not return to any Radisson hotel until this guy is kicked out. Total incompetence and lack of customer appreciation.

Booked as part of a package with…
Booked as part of a package with Legoland. No where to park at the hotel after driving around for an hour parked by some bins. Checking took for ages. Staff too busy gossiping between themselves. Our booking stated breakfast was included they tried to say it wasn't but they rectified that. Went to the room which was supposed to be family room.. Stinking! For 4 star fittings broke blood stains on tiles in bathroom. Stains on furnishings! Room to small for a family so I complained and we were moved to a more suitable room . Staff I found stuck up and rude. When we first arrived we were asked if we're holiday inn guests lost! Would not recommend. Breakfast was ok however no one is really manning the breakfast and guests are allowed to push in push past kids and be blatantly rude but going off staff behaviour they obviously allow this. AVOID
