My chess and checker coral marble pieces go perfectly with our Italian marble board. Great quality. One king arrived broken. I receive both kings within 5 days. Great service.

Customer service was beyond my expectations, responded same day and brand new item was delivered to my door within 2 days.

This chess board is such good quality. The board itself along with the pieces is heavy duty and quality craftsmanship. My daughter accidentally broke one of the pawns on our countertop on the first day we received this and I recached out to the company and they sent me replacements! What a splendid customer service experience. This was a gift for my wife's birthday and she loves it. Highly recommend!

The brown and black marble paper towel holder is absolutely beautiful! I received so quickly, just amazed. However, the item was damaged in shipping and I contacted the company via email. They replied to me so quickly and sent out a replacement within the same day! The replacement arrived super fast, and I am so pleased with this gorgeous marble piece!! Thank you Radicaln for a great product and great service!

My paper towel holder is beautiful and just the right size! I had to reach out to the company with a small issue and they were quick to respond and follow up. I highly recommend this product and company!

I bought a chess board from Radicaln. The product arrived and I was very happy with the purchase. It is very high quality. A couple of months after receiving it, I accidently dropped a rook onto a hard tile surface and the piece broke. I contacted Radicaln and asked them if it was possible to buy a replacement white rook. They told me that they would send me a replacement at no cost. I received a package with all four rooks replaced! I assume that they did this so that all my rooks would look the same. They didn't have to do this but I appreciate that they did. I would definitely recommend buying from Radicaln. I was really impressed with the product in the first place and then I was thrilled with the after-sales service.
