We got my dad a chess set for Christmas and it was absolutely stunning. One of the knights broke and when I reached out to Radicaln’s customer service I was greeted with kindness and the happily replaced the part at no charge. And not only did they replace the one part they sent 4 new pieces in case another one broke. They were easy to work with and we received our replacement pieces quickly too!

The natural stone chess board I purchased is stunning!!! Its so heavy weight and absolutely a show piece. Sturdy. I adore it. I received one slightly chipped pawn upon arrival, and they sent me a beautiful replacement promptly with another one for free ♥♥ Highly recommend this company and their products.

This chess set is beautiful, well made pieces that look and feel amazing. Definitely a statement in your room. Unfortunately the board I received had a small chip in the corner, the customer service department responded immediately and the problem was resolved. I would definitely recommend this company
