RadicalnReviews of radicaln.com

The set was gorgeous when it came, and my son actually gasped in awe when he got it as a gift. He was tremoundously disappointed when he dropped one of the pieces and it broke. However, here's where the excellent customer service comes in - we were able to order a replacement piece, which is just as lovely as the original was. And it came quickly with check-ins from the Radicaln team along the way. So I would recommend the wonderful chess set, the company and their fabulous customer service - 5 star review all the way around!

When I ordered a marble salt cell, Radicaln had the forethought to warn that they were fragile pieces being shipped and thus vulnerable to damage. And sure enough, my order was one of those unfortunate victims. However, upon notification, Radical customer service immediately offered replacement or monetary discount with the requested replacement arriving promptly. So I now have a beautiful piece from their collection as well an altogether 1st rate experience for which Radical has my respect and appreciation and total confidence in all future purchases.

Aloha, we just received a small mortar and pestle from you, in green marble. It is a dead match for a cylindrical container my wife brought back from Greece decades ago. We will use it to grind up thyroxin tablets to put on food for our 8-year-old. six-pound rescue dog, and will likely find many additional uses. And yes, it was incredibly carefully packaged. Awesome service, replaced a broken item with no questions asked - more companies should be this way where the customer comes first!
