Very responsive agent with flexible invoicing. Website required a minimum order with free shipping, but I was ineligible for the free shipping. Agent was able to work out something with me so my order was completed without undue costs to me.

Radial magnets is the best magnet making company I have ever come across. I have bought over 130 magnets and every single one was of high quality and without defects. If you create an account, they will occasionally send a coupon code. The customer service is also incredible and nearly instant.
