Hi Zach, we looked into your order. The 3rd item is scheduled to be delivered 2 days from now, on 4/21. We certainly appreciate your feedback, however this seems more like a review of the carrier than of RackUp+Go service. Especially when an expedited shipping option is not selected, once packages are in the hands of the carrier, we of course cannot control their timeline. All carries are working through unprecedented volume right now, so they unfortunately have been experiencing delays from time to time. As an explanation to shipping from different warehouses: we ship from 18 different warehouses across the country to give customers the absolute fastest fulfillment and ship times in the industry. Regarding your order, we certainly could have shipped all the items from 1 warehouse, but it's likely you would have 0/3 items right now instead of 2/3 as they would have all shipped together from the furthest warehouse from you. We believe it's best to ship items from your closest warehouse to get them to you as quick as possible with minimum risk for damage in transit, even though this practice increases our freight costs. In the future, you are certainly welcome to request that all items be shipped from the same warehouse, but be aware, this may delay how quickly you can get some of your items. Just as a quick explanation: Yes, we do ship from 18 different warehouses throughout the country, and with the backlogged supply right now, we have not been able to ship multiple item orders from the same warehouse lately. Once the supply chain catches back up, we will typically be able to ship all items from the same warehouse again. Thank you for your feedback!
