Long-standing customer... for a reason!
We have been with Rackspace for a number of years, and have always found their service first class. The main thing for us is the technical backup from their brilliant team. Yes, Rackspace is more expensive than many other providers, but for organisations like ours where the website is 'mission critical' it is worth it. The 24/7/365 support of their highly knowledgeable technical team is invaluable.

No longer do I have sleepless nights…
No longer do I have sleepless nights worrying about servers, security and random attacks, Rackspace give me the confidence to know our customers data is always a top priority. Expert advice, super friendly and they talk in a technical language even I can understand. They get on with what they do in the background and never compromise the services we ultimately provide to our customers base. Highly recommended.

Reliable and Efficient.
Reliable and Efficient. There may be less expensive options out there, but you get what you pay for. We are extremely happy with the reliability of the service we receive and the efficiency of the staff at Rack Space
