stay away from this company, on hold for more than 40 minutes then the moron on the phone keeps saying that I'm not admin. so frustrating, changing to another supplier who cant be any worse than them

I wish I’d have read these reviews before becoming a customer. It was a very expensive mistake. Would never recommend this appalling company.

Our automatic payment to Rackspace of $78.19 failed on 11 January and they suspended our service on 20 January without telling us anything. So yesterday we were scrambling to fix our email issue for a few hours as we didn't understand why it didn't work until we called Rackspace and after sitting in line for close to an hour we heard that the service had been suspended as our payment failed. This is very bad customer service!!

I've been with them for 20 years. They used to be the best, and now they are the worst. I waited 3 weeks for a response to account email I sent them. You really can't even get them on a phone call any more. I could go on, but just read the rest of these reviews that are 79 percent poor sad they are spot on.

We migrated our Microsoft Azure environment over to rackspace as we felt we needed more support as our business was growing. When we joined everything was great, we use the Architect & Deploy services along with the Manage & Operate and everything was workign well, with a good account manager and regular conversations, then after 12 months, everything rolled downhill, we were allocated a new account manager every couple of months, when we raised tickets, we had to chase and chase and chase for resolutions. We had to make numerous requests for an account review (which is supposed to take place quarterly, we had 1 in the last 9 months. Our account manager would join a teams call, slouching on her bed at home, looking disinterested and lacking in any real knowledge, when asked if she knew what we did she said "Yeah, azure" We decided enough was enough and went out to tender and finally today we have moved. Of course this could all read as sour grapes from me. However read all the other reviews, we are not all wrong. Somethign has happened at Rackspace in the last 12 months, their service has fallen off the scale and its very difficult to get to speak to anyone that seems to care. If you are looking at cloud hosting, please do your homework.

Extremely inadequate support, like writing to a monkey. I haven't seen such bad support and so slow in the last 10 years. If you are a serious business, you will avoid this company.

I work for a company that makes about 6mil per year and handle a ton of e-mails back and forth including automated order and shipping e-mails. Rackspace kept flagging them as spam and locking our account. They basically told us to kick rocks and find another provider because they couldn't deal with it.

I can't get through to them anymore and have been on hold for over an hour. The last time I tried, I left a call back number and someone called me 13 hours later after midnight! The change in their "fanatical" customer support is a 180 from how they used to be. It is more like "Satanical" support now!
