Good hosting and incredible customer service
Setting up the server and managing it as well as any added plugins and mods was easy, the prices are very good compared to the competition and the server runs beautifully and with minimal lag and downtime. The customer service was fast, polite and very helpful, and convinced me of having made the right choice in picking a hosting service :)

Everything, Ethan was awesome, you could tell he has been working hard as he send the wrong communication to me and you know it ate him up, I told him life happens, it was funny, but again Ethan was bad ass!!! He went above and beyond, he helped point me in the right direction when I couldn't figure out my configuration, walked me through a few steps and blam, up and running. Also helped me connect to the discord to ask further questions about adding people to a whitelist.
