Helpful and friendly
They are insanely helpful and friendly. All the staff have been incredibly kind, and they’ve built something that a lot of other providers don’t have a community of like minded individuals. I use RackGenius for two of my services, and I’ve had zero downtime. 100% recommend these guys!

Great service and customer service.
Great service and customer service. Jaryn was a great person and was the reason I got my first server I liked rackgenius so much I got my BeamMP server with them and plan on migrating my servers from another provider to rack genius

Very happy with everything
Have had a VPS and Discord bot for over a year now. Really solid reliability. Whenever I have an issue which isn't often the team is super responsive and quick to handle any issues. Really good value hosting for the money. I could absolutely move my services to a locally hosted server I have, but having a remote off-continent server is just useful and I like having it too. Keep up great work :D

Superb server quality, website, and support
Superb, thus far. Snakecraft Hosting has a website that was easy to maneuver and allow me to get an account set up. They afford the option to use your own .ISO to boot your server, so I was able to set up the operating system exactly how I needed it. Unlike my previous VPS provider, Snakecraft has some common sense vision of customer service, as they send email alerts when there will be potential impacts to service. The VPS itself has ran well and uninterrupted in the short time that I have had it. The single support request that I submitted was handled instantly, and I received everything that I needed. Great work!
