I order a custom car decal on 9/12
I order a custom car decal on 9/12. My order has yet to ship. I requested to cancel my order on 9/29 and was advised that they’re unable to honor the request as they’ve started to create the custom sticker. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company. You can answer quickly to say no to a refund but it takes entirely too long to produce my order. It’s one sticker and all words. I would advise against ordering from this company unless you have months to wait for them to complete your order. Sadly, they had to change my original designs font to something that I don’t particularly like, so I’ll have to secure a new company to get my custom car window decal from. A complete waste of time. I’ve had orders from overseas come faster than this.
