tried out a new product from racetoprint this is the first time that I'm really dissatisfied the product is not stick at all I've tried to contact someone to get back with me to resolve this you haven't heard back from anyone but we have would not recommend this new product will be my experience I wouldn't

I was promised to get our totes bags…
I was promised to get our totes bags before our event. We ordered more than two weeks ahead of time and promised we’d make the deadline, then the week of I email for confirmations and they told me it will arrive after our event they didn’t even care that they never informed me of this. Then the package ends up arriving 2 days before our event and it was only 5 bags we ordered 150 and the 5 were even incorrectly printed. I tried to get a refund because I didn’t get close to what I purchase and now they don’t answer me. WORST COMPANY DO NOT USE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

Will never use again
Will never use again. Lied to me over and over about when this were shipping, I missed my project date because of this. They would not return phone calls, nor answer phone calls. They would only return 1 out of 5 emails. Looks a week to respond and lied to me in them. I wouldn't use again if they were the only company that supplied the product. I would do without. DO NOT USE! BUYER BEWARE. LIARS!!!!

Colors are way off!
I ordered a custom bag with orange ribbon handles and thought that I would receive what I approved in the proof. NOPE! The logos were correct BUT the bags had these neon orange handles on them. The company claims that they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. After sending photos I was told that the orange in the proof (burnt orange ribbon) and what I was sent are a color match. They are not!! As a new start up small business it is extremely challenging to order items and not get what you thought you’d asked for. I wish I could attach the photos here. They look horrendous Be extremely careful ordering with RaceTop.
