Scam
If there is a negative star to give this company...I would give a negative 100 star...the product that I ordered never arrived as expected. It is now useless since its already past the date that I needed it. It ruined my deliveries for not having it...I am asking for a refund and all they can say is sorry...i want my money back. This is a scam. Never order from this company.

The package not only did not arrive in…
The package not only did not arrive in time, it came two days late. The bags were unusable as they did not make it for the event.

If i could give zero stars I would. I paid for expedited delivery and a month later, I'm still missing a package.

My $300 order was fulfilled…
My $300 order was fulfilled incorrectly. When I inquired, they told me I'd ordered what they'd sent and that there was nothing to be done. Their records were different than mine and they refused to help me. They offered 30% off a new purchase when they were advertising 60% off sitewide for Black Friday. These people, without basis, feel they're able to tell you you've ordered something different than what you intended and then keep your money. I'd call that stealing. To follow up after their immediate reply; No one ever reached out to me about this as stated. It seems they must just care about optics.

Hands down the slowest shipping ever
Hands down the slowest shipping ever! The only reason I'll re-order is because y'all are the cheapest. I know to order months in advance from now on

Racetopprint - NEVER AGAIN!!
Racetopprint is very unorganized and downright confusing to deal with. Placed a simple order for custom tape. I remarkably received within 2 days!! BUT, it was not even close to what I ordered, so I contacted them. After several messages back and forth (maybe AI), I am told many different things and ultimately it would take several weeks to ship the correct order. Dealt with several people to no avail….Finally, I disputed with my credit card company. Based on this horrible, bizarre experience, I recommend to stay away from them.
