I’ve placed three orders so far, and I’ve had a great experience every time. Before each order, the online chat support has been incredibly polite, helpful, and responsive to my questions. The turnaround time for receiving proofs and moving into production has been very quick, and communication after placing my orders has been just as good. Even while my orders were in production, they were very receptive and responsive by email whenever I had a question or concern. As a small business owner, I really appreciate how attentive they have been to my specific needs and how willing they are to help make sure everything is right. The quality of the bags has been very good, and shipping has been quick as well. After three orders, I’ve been very happy with both the products and the level of customer service and will definitely continue ordering.
