Drink Carrier- super cute, ck your size!
The specific product i purchased (drink carrier) is super cute and a very clever way to tote drinks. They seem strong and good quality. Printing came out fine. They alerted me, that our QR code might be compromised. I appreciated a discount code as a new customer. I gave it 3 stars because i actually have to reorder. I assumed the drink carrier i was purchasing was the one in the instagram post and the main photo on the item page, which is a 2 cup drink carrier. I didn't realize there were 2 sizes: single and double. There is a scroll down window that is easy to miss. It’s really my fault, i should have caught that, but i don't know why or who uses a single! Seems silly. I’ll reorder and hopefully have another discount code to use. Im a small coffee truck so every penny counts. These, unfortunately, were a waste of paper and money. Learn from my mistake😔. Hopefully my review will prevent someone from making the same mistake.

Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback — we truly appreciate it! We’re really glad to hear that you liked the quality and printing of the drink carriers, and that you found them sturdy and well made. At the same time, we’re sorry for the confusion regarding the size selection. We understand how frustrating it must feel to receive a size different from what you expected, especially for a small business where every order matters. Your feedback about the size selection being easy to miss is very valuable, and we will review this with our team to make the options clearer and easier to notice on the product page. We truly appreciate your support as a small coffee truck, and we’d be happy to help with your reorder. Please feel free to contact our team — we’ll do our best to support you with a new order discount and make the next experience smoother. Thank you again for your honest feedback and support of RacetopPrint.
