Great quality
Great quality! My only issue is the ship time. I go through bags quickly and 2-3 weeks is a long time for fulfillment. This would be the only reason I would possibly use another company in the future.

Grateful for the Quality and Service
Overall, I was incredibly grateful for the responsiveness and attention to detail of each person who helped create these ice cream cups. I needed to get these done on a tight timeline and everyone was so helpful in making sure they arrived in time. The cups look great and I know the client will be happy. As a graphic designer, my one request would be for Race Top to consider making downloadable templates available for designers to use. I think this would streamline the proofing process tremendously and allow us to prep files more thoughtfully for production.

I had a great experience with this…
I had a great experience with this company! I ordered custom sticker decals for my semi with my company name, and unfortunately, the stickers arrived wrinkled due to the way they were packaged. I reached out to them by email, and they responded quickly and fixed the issue without any hesitation. They sent out replacement stickers completely free of charge and even included some extra stickers. This time, they were packaged properly in a way that prevented them from being bent or folded during shipping. I really appreciate their excellent customer service, quick responses to my emails, and the fact that they stood behind their product and made everything right. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them, and this company handled it perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and will gladly order from them again!

I received the wrong size cups
Racetop Print, corrected a mistake on the order hassle free, and gave me the assurance that correcting the mistake would be their highest priority. Thank you for great service and quality product!
