Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the renewal was processed automatically in accordance with the terms provided during the service purchase. Our customer panel clearly states: “Services that are not cancelled will be automatically renewed using your registered payment method.” The customer panel also provides an “Cancellation Request” option under the relevant service, allowing customers to prevent the service from being renewed. As the service was not cancelled before the renewal date, the renewal was processed using the registered payment method. The refund request was therefore handled in accordance with our Service Agreement. We understand your disappointment, but the renewal and payment process was carried out according to the terms communicated to customers.

The ticket was not manually closed by our representative. It was automatically closed after 72 hours of inactivity because no further response was received from you. Our support system is configured to automatically close tickets when there is no customer response for 72 hours. If the issue was still unresolved at that time, you could have replied to the ticket to reopen it and continue the conversation with our support team.
