I bought a server from them. I am waiting over one hour. The service is too slow. And support not respond me.

This are scammers, I purchased a VPS it worked for about a week, and all of sudden the VPS stopped working, I can't login to the VPS, the server IP Address is not reachable, and all the website on the server is down. It's almost 24hrs, I opened a Ticket, and it have been open with no response from them. I believe I was scammed by them, if you want peace of mind, stay away from them. Very terrible platform, I'm beginning to believe that most of the 5 star rating they have here on Trustpilot is bought.

SCAM ALERT The are absolutely scammers. I bought a server. I spent a few hours configuring the server and saving some files there. Then, tmrw in the morning I woke up and saw they deactivated my server and I should do KYC. (Why didn't ask me for KYC before buying the server?!) I completed KYC successfully, but then they told my server cannot be recovered. Yes, that's it. I'll never use their website again.

i bought Singapore VPS and it's stuck for more than an hour in pending, despite the website advertising 60s to 5min provision times. If they can't provide the service their are selling, they shouldn't sell it in the first place! Also, AI can provide better answers than their customer support team which appears brain-less – gives answers not related to the problem.

bought minecraft server but it had so many issues so i bought server from other hosting i forgot to cancel auto renew and next month it did auto renew so i asked for refund the same day it did and they refuse to refund now i have to chargeback and wait 2 months to get money back

Scam! The actual prices have nothing to do with their offer. They claim you can make a payment by one method (which corresponds to the price) or by another WHICH HAS HIGHER COST. But in fact, there is no first payment method, it's all a lie! The only way is the second method, where they charge you with extra cost. It's dishonorable!
