They were super responsive, helpful, and timely. They worked with me every step of the way to pick the perfect Diamond and band, and were able to accommodate a tight timeline to make the "big day" possible. Excellent customer service, was really pleased with my experience and highly recommend them.

After discovering Raad Jewelers, I reached out to them after searching for a lab diamond and having no idea what to look for. I messaged with them about what I wanted and they made sure I got it! I’m so happy with my gorgeous fireball that I received from them! They really do provide quality customer service and truly care about their customers, couldn’t be happier that I went with them! Highly suggest them for all your jewelry needs!

Both Peter and Nick helped me design the ring of my dreams for my mother’s 49th birthday! They were both so helpful, sweet, and flexible with pricing throughout the entire process. Definitely will be buying from them again :)

I was in the market for a 3 stone lab setting and I worked with both Nick and Peter to help find what I like. They were so honest with their pricing and really maximized what I could get with my budget. I’m already getting a matching necklace from them for Christmas because they have the best prices and best service. Thank you.

I had already picked out a ring from another company and was about to purchase and wow am I glad I didnt!! I found Peter who explained to me the issues with the original ring I was going to buy. We then hand picked the exact stone I liked and designed the ring from there. He was there every step of the process and made it exactly how I wanted. The whole thing was super easy and I had my custom ring within 2 weeks. Of course the part we all look for also when buying a ring or any jewelry is the price! I could not find a better price for what I bought, and if so they would have beat it. If your in the market for any jewlery this is the right place.

Really solid experience with Peter. He took the time to call me and go over options and benefits of each specific stone and bands. We settled with something completely different than what I thought I wanted and it ended up being less than what I was looking at! He exemplifies integrity in sales and knows his business and customers well.
