The proposal is a very special moment and big decision in life, some may have no idea where to start and could cause them to be confused and discouraged. The bigger companies don't give you the personable relationship when purchasing the ring, where at Raad Jewelers, i had a personal relationship and guidance all the way until picking up the final product. Raad Jewelers was honest, fair, helpful and they made the idea become a reality and did everything in their power to ensure it was perfect by providing their opinions, advise and expertise when it came to creating the ring desired.

Found Raad on reddit and so happy I did! I found a stone on another retailer’s site that I had less than stellar service with and didn’t want to buy from again. Raad price matched the stone, reserved it for me while I decided, and also showed me other options/videos to give me an idea of what my stone could look like. They were so helpful and kind, responsive despite the 4/5 hr difference in time zones. I bought it from them, they sent me video, and shipped in a beautiful well packed box with a handwritten thank you. These small personalized touches go a long way in building loyalty. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again, and in fact, am hoping they can find another stone for me!

Exceptional customer service. They took care of me from start to finish from picking out a good diamon and customizing the setting band. The ring was a little loose on her finger and they were bery diligent in helping find the perfect size for her. Comes with the certificate and nice proposal box.

Luckily I saw a reference to Raad Jewelers on reddit when I was searching for a Old European cut lab diamond for my engagement ring. I had already picked a setting but was having a hard time finding a well cut OEC that wouldn't break the bank. Very few retailers offer this cut and the ones I found were either poorly cut or overpriced. Raad Jewelers had several in my price range and that looked great on the 360 videos. I scheduled a free zoom consultation and Peter was very helpful in looking at the diamonds with me and telling me about their business which gave me the confidence to order from a lesser known company. Everything went smoothly and just as he said it would. My diamond is gorgeous and I'm so glad I went with Raad and the old european cut! I would definitely recommend them.

I knew exactly what ring style I wanted, but it was only sold by a different business for way more expensive! Peter was so helpful and he helped me get exactly what I wanted for our budget. I can’t stop staring at the ring, it’s so beautiful and it’s exactly what I imagined. Such beautiful sparkle too. I’m so happy with it!
