Raad JewelersReviews of raadjewelers.com

Throughout the entire process Raad Jewelers provided clear communication and consistent timelines for results. Within a week or so of ordering our engagement ring we received image/video of the diamond and 3d mock up of stone in setting which really boosted confidence seeing the plan before moving forward. We didn’t need to make any adjustments but it was always available along the way. Our order was completed in about 3-4 weeks and was shipped overnight. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. Brilliant cushion cut stone in a solitary setting that is perfectly clear. It’s so bright on a sunny day that it’s blinding, truly stunning. The ring box included a small led light that was a real nice surprise when we opened it inside and the ring was lit up. Fiancé has received countless compliments on the ring.

Can’t recommend enough. They made a difficult and complex process easy and simple. They worked with me on both the design, which was very unique and personal to me, as well as provided excellent customer education and support to leave me feeling like I was making a good decision. I will be recommending them in the future.

Peter was extremely informative and kind without being pushy and money grabbing like other jewelers I have experienced. From start to finish I got to design my dream Engagement ring and they exceeded all of my expectations. I can’t wait to work more with Raad Jewelers for all of my future jewelry purchases.

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Raad Jewelers exceeded my expectations in crafting my custom engagement ring. I highly recommend Raad Jewelers for anyone seeking personalized, high-quality jewelry.

I recently used Raad Jewelers for a custom ring design, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. Peter Raad took the time to understand my vision and was helpful every step of the way. He also has a commitment to quality and made sure the center stone passed his quality check before setting it in my ring. I received my ring last week and it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and personalized service. You won’t be disappointed.

Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select my engagement ring, so many different customizations! Would recommend to friends and family, pricing was very fair. Very pleased with this business

Overall great experience with Raad Jewelers. Communication has been exceptional too. They're not like the other online jewelers that will pass you through different representatives when you have questions. Raad Jewelers are very responsive, honest and professional. I highly recommend them.

Peter contacted me directly, I was a little skeptical at first, but they pulled it off. Ring was everything I wanted it to be and more ;no complaints, great communication, took a little over a week and a half from ordering to my door. Would recommend to anyone
