Raad Jewelers was amazing to work with both pre and post sale and has a great selection of diamonds at excellent prices. Communication was great as well - Raad Jewelers kept me informed at every step of the ring making process and shared accurate estimates. The finished product was fantastic! Not only that, but I ended up needing to resize the ring after I received it. The team at Raad was quick to walk me through the process to resize once I reached out. Raad Jewelers even sent me a ring sizer just to double check and really confirm that the size that I requested for the resizing was correct so that I would't have to go through the process again. Not only that, but they were very accommodating as well. I had to head out of town right around the time of receiving the resized ring but Raad Jewelers did not hesitate to work with me and my schedule to make sure that I'd be back home to receive the ring. They offered to hold it and ship it out once I'm back in town. Outstanding service, amazing finished product, and great selection / prices. I think it's easy to say that Raad Jewelers is the real gem!

Absolutely flawless experience start to finish from selecting the loose diamond to designing the custom setting and matching band. The process was perfect, the CAD was ready for approval quickly and the finished product is perfection! I found Raad through recommendations on Reddit and so happy I reached out. I feel like we got the absolutely most beautiful ring at the best price.

This review is neither fake nor paid for - just honest! I bought a loose emerald cut lab diamond from Raad Jewelers, and had a great experience! Peter was very knowledgeable and honest. I am a bit picky, but also had a limited budget, and Peter was very patient and accommodating. When the original diamond I wanted was sold, I sent him others from his site and others, and he would give me honest feedback about the cut and quality of the diamond. He even referred me to diamdb.com and stonealgo.com for full transparency! He ended up finding me the perfect diamond for my wants, and it was less expensive than the original diamond I wanted! (1.74ct, E, VVS2, band and setting locally done, size 4.5) Peter kept me updated through the whole process, and even got the diamond delivered a few days earlier than expected. It was packaged beautifully and I had no problems with shipping! I have already referred friends and family to Raad Jewelers, and will be back to purchase more!

If you're shopping online for diamonds, Peter is your guy. He is competitively priced with other online vendors, but with a much more personal, concierge feel. During my 45 minute Zoom with Peter, he pulled several options for stones within the specs I was looking for, and explained why certain stones within the same specs were better than others. I also felt zero pressure to buy at the end of our call, which is very welcome in the somewhat pushy jewelry industry. He picked the absolute top tier stones for me for the price/specs I wanted; my local jeweler was astounded by the quality. I felt so comfortable throughout the process, Peter was constantly in communication about the transit of the stones, and even sent videos taken during their QC process (not just the manufacturer-provided 360 videos) before they shipped. I have several more purchases planned already and will be back to Raad jewelers for each of them!

I just had the best shopping experience ever with Raad! I was shopping for a new lab diamond for my engagement ring, and I pretty much looked everywhere before committing to Raad. Their pricing is unmatched, and customer service as well. Buying a diamond online can be a bit tricky, sight unseen, but Raad made it so easy. After sifting through their many options, I chose the perfect diamond. Their website is very user friendly compared to most others I’ve seen, and their upgrade program is also noteworthy. I received a high quality video of the diamond before it was shipped out which was nice, and they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Lastly, when I received the diamond, it was so beautifully packaged, I didn’t even want to open it. It felt truly special. The diamond was perfectly displayed in a lovely glass box, which also came with a beautiful gift box. Their presentation honestly blew me away. Can’t recommend enough, 10/10 experience.
