Working with Peter was an incredible experience. He assisted my son in the purchase of his now fiance engagement ring. Since we didn't want her to find out he had me help him. He purchased two prior rings from other jewelers who gave him ship dates and the rings didn't show up. I found Peter on TikTok his reviews were great, website was great. When we found the ring the website said it wouldn't arrive in time. I asked a question on his website, he asked me to call and he jumped through hoops to get the ring to my house by the 17th at 12:00PM. It arrived at 11:55. The presentation box, the ring box had a light inside was beautiful. The ring was stunning and perfect. I haven't had an experience this great in some time. Anyone who purchased from Peter is going to not only get a great product but a great experience.

Peter and his team are service-oriented. A warm invite to schedule an meet appointment was promptly offered. Peter patiently walked us through the nuances and took the time to explain the fine details of custom engagement ring crafting. I was pleased to come out of the meeting feeling unrushed and with a new appreciation of everything. What put us at ease was feeling informed about all of our possible decisions. I ended up looking at their website and fell in love with the diamond options they had, along with a specific band I had been looking for. After finding a diamond through Raad, I started creating my ring. The entire process was SO easy and stress free and fun. The communication was top notch throughout the entire experience. The prices are extremely competitive. Peter is very knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry, and I could tell that they put a lot of care into the craftsmanship of the ring.
