Raad JewelersReviews of raadjewelers.com

I had such a great experience with Raad Jewelers and I’m so glad I found them through Reddit reviews. I wanted to replicate an older ring with a new stone, so I sent over a picture of my ring. They were super responsive, sending me renderings and videos of the stone to make sure I was happy with everything. The communication was fast and clear, and they really went out of their way to make sure the ring was ready in time for a big event I had coming up. They hit the deadline without any issues, and the final product was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased. I honestly can’t recommend Raad Jewelers enough. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and I love the finished ring. If you’re looking for custom jewelry with excellent service, definitely give them a try!

My ring is perfect! Exactly what I ordered. Beautiful craftsmanship and excellent customer service!!!

My husband ordered my 20-year engagement ring upgrade from raad. From start to finish the entire process was super easy, Peter was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. It took a little longer than expected for my ring to be finished because they wanted to make sure it was perfect so they sent me a free pair of earrings as a thank you for my patience. I am thrilled with my new ring and will be ordering an upgrade for my wedding band from them next.

It was a great experience. Peter is amazing and did a wonderful job with designing my ring

Where to begin with this Jeweler? Peter and his team kept me updated and informed through the whole process I have never purchased anything that was this expensive or this important online ever in my life. But he made me a 20th anniversary wedding ring that quite frankly was one of the nicest things I've ever purchased. I can't emphasize enough the professionalism the attention to detail and just how nice the experience was. I cannot give him Enough stars I've been literally trust this guy if I was spending 100k on jewelry. I've never met him I've never seen him I've spoke with him through a text messages and emails but I would not hesitate to spend that kind of money with this guy team of Jewelers. Thank you Peter thank you so very much

Great communication and fabulous product for a great price

I can't speak highly enough about Peter and his team. From the moment we started brainstorming ideas for the perfect ring for my fiancée, the entire process has been exceptional. The communication was clear, and the attention to detail was evident every step of the way. The quality of the ring is beyond incredible, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more thrilled with the final result. There's not a single negative thing I can say about my experience or the product itself. Highly recommend!

I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences with Raad Jewelers. I found out about them about a month ago and have already ordered a new wedding ring set and stud earrings. From start to finish, my experience was remarkable. I received thorough communication throughout the process of making my ring. The rings and earrings were well made and absolutely beautiful. I’ve received several compliments about my new rings. They even ensured rush delivery of my items after I ordered them which was much appreciated. I’ll certainly be a returning customer in the near future. Thank you for an excellent experience!
