Expectations exceeded. Transparency was 10/10, every step of the way Peter provided updates followed up with videos. Pricing was great as well. I knew exactly what I wanted and Peter delivered. If you’re reading this, and are considering purchasing from raad jewelers, do it. You will be happy you did!

I love my ring! Raad kept us updated every step of the way. We were so excited throughout the process (upgrade ring so we picked it out together), and the updates kept us excited. I selected the design and my husband enjoyed picking the clarity and cut of the ring. It’s STUNNING. I get so many compliments and I feel amazing wearing it. I couldn’t be happier and the value is unmatched!!

This experience was great! We did a ton of research on where to get our lab diamond and I’m so glad we chose Raad. Peter is great at communicating expectations, timelines, and fosters trustworthiness. He is also very knowledgeable in this space. Thank you!

The most amazing jewelry experience I’ve ever had. Customer service literally the best. A member is the Raad family called me personally because I had some deliver date constraints. Peter worked with me to make sure everything lived up to my expectations. Was updated every step of the way. The delivery was great and the box it came in was impressive. My fiancé loves her ring and I will never forget this amazing experience.
